1. I have completed my order, when can I expect it to arrive?
Usually, we ship within 3 days of the order being placed. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days to arrive (except for international orders). If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please be sure to indicate so in the comments section of the order form.

2. I can't decide which items match my gown, do you have any suggestions?
We would be happy to help fulfill your needs by providing you with our recommendations. Just send us an e-mail describing the look you are envisioning and we'll gladly recommend styles that we believe will suit your vision. We want you to look and feel your best on your special day!

3. I prefer not to use my credit card on the internet, can I still place an order?
We would be happy to take the order by e-mail and provide our address so that you may mail us a check or money order. Or, you can request an order form to be printed and mailed with the check or money order. Our e-mail address is questions@bestbridaljewelry.com
